TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Don't worry, parents! Students at two Topeka schools aren't trying to pull a fast one - their report cards really were blank!
Topeka Public Schools says reports cards for the 1700 students at Topeka West and Highland Park high schools were inadvertently sent without grades on them.
USD 501 spokesperson Ron Harbaugh says it was a printing error. He says new report cards, with grades, have been sent to parents.
Harbaugh also says the district has taken steps to avoid such an error in the future.
