University Of Kansas Is Helping Those Suffering From Post-Traumatic Stress

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)- Journalist who cover the military and those with post-traumatic stress disorders will get help from a new website.

The William Allen White School Of Journalism at the University Of Knasas is creating a website helping journalists improve their coverage of stress related illnesses.

The website will debut at a workshop taking place Nov. 16th at the National Press Club in Washington.

Associate Professor Of Journalism Barbara Barnett says, 'the website is a place for journalists to share ideas and experiences."

"The website will also help journalists cope with their own stress issues related to covering war, said Barnett."
