Two Topeka Robberies Reported Within Minutes Of Each Other

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Topeka police are looking for one man who is believe to have allegedly robbed a Dollar General and Subway within minutes of each other Wednesday.

Police were called to the Subway on SW 17th around 8:00 this evening.

Officials say he showed a black handgun and got away with an unknown amount of money.

12 minutes later, police believe the same man robbed the Dollar General Store on SW 10th.

He also pointed a handgun at employees and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash from the location.

Police are describing the suspect as a black male, wearing a grey hoodie and dark pants with a black bandana over his face.
