TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Two men are in custody, accused of stealing copper from a local business.
Topeka Police arrested 21 year-old Garrett Morrison and 33 year-old Arthor Gibbs.
Police say they were caught this morning loading $1400 worth of copper from one vehicle to another in the 100 block of Southwest 29th.
Morrison is being held for felony theft. Gibbs was jailed for felony theft, criminal damage and a bench warrant.
Both men are non-bondable.
