Two Injured, One Arrested In Bar Cutting

TOPEKA, Kansas (WIBW) -- Two were injured and one taken into custody in a bar scuffle in the early morning hours of Sunday.

Shortly before 1:40 a.m. Topeka police officers responded to 3203 SW 10th at the Dutch Goose Sports Bar & Grill on a report of a cutting.

The two cutting victims, both males, ages 30 and 51, were taken by AMR to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Witnesses at the scene pointed to a third man as a possible suspect, leading officers to arrest 49-year-old Amos Andrew Edwards of Topeka.

He was booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on two counts of aggravated battery.
