TOPEKA, Kan. (AP)- Jackson County Sheriff deputies arrested two people with methamphetamine charges Friday after a traffic stop in Hoyt.
Dylan Wayne Massey of Alta Vista was booked for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony obstruction and operating a vehicle with no ignition interlock device.
The second person arrested was Rachel Dawn Hudson of Holton. She was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of weapons and for probation violations.
Hudson was arrested in January 2013 for obstructing the apprehension of Lloyd Wabaunsee and Desiree Shopteese in Iowa. Wabaunsee and Shopteese were found in the trunk of Hudson's car in an Iowa Hy-Vee parking lot.
Wabaunsee later pled guilty to the shooting death of Kevin Stanley.
