TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper suffered injuries during an accident at 37th and Adams in Topeka Friday, Shawnee County Dispatch said.
Few details were immediately released, but the intersection of 37th and Adams was closed down as crews worked the scene around 4 p.m.
Injuries were initially reported by dispatchers as serious, but later comments from Topeka Police indicated that everyone involved in the accident would be "okay."
The trooper was apparently responding to a call when the accident occured.
