Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) - Topeka Public Schools unveiled their latest crime solving tool Wednesday at the Safe Streets luncheon at the Great Overland Station.

"Charger Watch", "Trojan Watch" and "Scot Watch" are the names of the new programs that encourage students to text or use the web to report crimes or potential criminal activity. A tip could be worth up to $2,000.

The programs are already in place at the three USD 501 high schools.

Posters were on display today for the programs.
