TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The Shawnee County Jail confirmed to 13 News Damieon Matthew Ortega-Brown is set for $2.5 million bond.

Two teens have been arrested in connection with Friday morning's homicide in the 600 block of SW Tyler, according to the Topeka Police Dept. They identified the pair as Damieon Matthew Ortega-Brown, 18 and a 17 year old juvenile male who is also from Topeka.

They are linked to the killing of 19 year-old Patrick Lightbourn, Jr., who was shot on a porch around 2:00 a.m. He was found unresponsive and declared dead at a local hospital. His death marks the fourth homicide in Topeka in less than 30 days.

Officials noted that the evidence so far indicates that this was a targeted act and not random violence, though their investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (785) 368-9551 or Crime Stoppers at (785) 234-0007.

Police have yet to connect Friday's homicide to any of the previous three, but a window at the home where Lightbourne was shot, paid homage to two earlier homicide victims. Germaul Rayton who was shot May 31st at Freedom Valley Park and Jermel Robbin, shot last Friday in 2100 block of SE Kentucky.

Lightbourne's Facebook page is filled with gang affiliated references to the well known "Bloods."

He also served jail time after being convicted of 2 counts of burglary to a motor vehicle and one count theft in September of 2013.

Police say several people were taken in by authorities for questioning and it is believed the shots came from a four door green Dodge Neon occupied by several people.

Several of Patrick Lightbourn's friends say despite the Facebook postings he was not tied to any gangs.
