Topeka Man Sentenced For Bank Robbery

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Topeka man has been sentenced to just over six years in prison for a February bank robbery.

27-year-old Robert Gibson pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery.
He admitted that he robbed the Lyndon State Bank before fleeing in a truck driven by Jason Foster.

The two were arrested a short time later at the Conoco gas station at 7th and Fairlawn.
