TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Topeka detectives believe they will be able to clear 40 burglaries all because of one arrest.
Matthew Stegall, 32, was arrested on September 25.
He is charged with four counts of felony burglary, five counts of felony theft, three counts of criminal damage and two other counts.
Detectives believe they've linked more than three dozen incidents to Stegall. They are contacting the victims involved at this time.
