TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)__The Topeka Police Department has located the two children that reportedly went missing around 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
10 year old Faith Hill and 12 year old Whitney Hill were found shortly before 5:30 p.m. near Shunganunga Creek along the Shunga Trail.
Officers tell 13 news that the oldest, Whitney, was mad at the mother and Faith followed her. The mother found the children and yelled for them but they ran off and had to be located by police.
Upon identifying the two missing children, officers decided to take four more children from the mother due to very poor living conditions. The ages of the other four children range from 2 to 11. All six children were taken away with officers.
