Topeka High School Prom Closet Lends A Hand To Those In Need

Operation Prom was originally established in New York to help low-income, sick or disabled students attend their Proms by providing free Prom dresses and tuxedo rentals. It is now a national organization that helps thousands of girls around the country who demonstrate financial need and are in good academic standing. Noel DAllacco, the founder and executive director of Operation Prom, started the not-for-profit after she began collecting bridesmaid dresses from clients and donating them to students from her high school.
