TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- You're invited to get an up close look at the Topeka Fire Department this weekend.
The department is holding its annual open house from 1 PM to 4 PM Saturday afternoon, at the fire academy 324 at SE Jefferson.
Events begin with a noon ceremony to dedicate the new Topeka Fallen Firefighter Memorial.
Topeka's brave men and women will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate their skills.
The open house is free to the public with food and drinks available free of charge.
