TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A 13-month Geary and Riley county drug investigation moved to Topeka.
Authorities conducted a raid around 4 pm Thursday at SE 32nd and Michigan. Law enforcement officers wearing "Police KBI Agent" attire were seen investigating a couple homes on the block.
The Geary County Sheriff confirms the action was part of Operation ADABAG which has already resulted in 94 arrests and continues to grow.
Information on how many search warrants were issued for Topeka or how many arrests were made was not known Thursday night.
Authorities say the Geary and Riley county investigation broke up a major cocaine trafficking ring. Its operations stretched from Wichita to Kansas City.
