Three Charged With Burglary, Trespass For Sunday Night Break-In

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW-TV) Three people are in custody after being arrested in connection with a Sunday night burglary northeast of Topeka.

Just before 8 p.m. Sunday night, Shawnee County Sheriff's Deputies were alerted to a possible burglary in the 6700 block of NE Indian Creek.

Neighbors told authorities they saw a suspicious vehicle near the residence, but the homeowner was not home.

Following an investigation after their arrival, deputies later arrested Jimmy Ray Stewart, Lester John Yeubanks, Jr., and Charmarie Lynn Deever.

All three were charged with burglary, theft and criminal trespass.
