TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A jury was seated Monday afternoon in the trial for a man accused of breaking into the WIBW studios and stabbing two employees.

Ray Miles faces seven counts for a May 23 break-in at WIBW, including aggravated battery and criminal threat.

Miles broke through a glass door, upset because the news department wouldn't do a story he demanded.

He's accused of assaulting four workers, stabbing two of them, before employees subdued him.

A jury was seated Monday morning. Testimony gets underway Tuesday morning.
