TFD Has New Memorial To Honor The Fallen

TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__ Friends and family gathered at the Topeka Fire Department Saturday to remember fallen heroes.
The fire department held a dedication of the new Topeka Fallen Firefighter Memorial, that sits outside the east side department headquarters building.
Seven fallen firefighters were honored at the ceremony, along with veteran firefighters who have since passed.
Fire department members say it is a constant reminder that any day could be their last.
