TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Three men are on the run after holding up a person Wednesday morning, police say.

Officers got the call at 4:48 a.m. that an aggravated robbery had occurred at the Kwik Shop at 1114 NW Topeka Boulevard.

Witnesses told police the three men were wearing black clothing and had bandanas over their faces. One, they say, had a handgun. The witnesses couldn't tell police what race the suspects were or any other details. Topeka Police spokesperson, Kristen Veverka, said the victim was robbed while pumping gas.

Officers tried to track the suspects with K-9s, but police say they were unable to get a scent. Anyone with information that can help police is asked to call detectives at 368-9400 or Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
