TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The suspected shooter in a road rage incident on Kansas highways over the weekend has been charged and is set to appear in court next week, court records show. Sixty-nine year-old Robert Traphagen, of Topeka, was charged with one count of Aggravated Battery.
He's accused of shooting Jason Harris, 40, following an wreck near the Highway 24 and K-4/Oakland Expressway Interchange on Sunday, according to Shawnee Co. Sheriff Herman Jones.
Harris was taken to a nearby hospital with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
Traphagen is due in court on May 1.
