New Details: Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested In Manhattan

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- On Thursday, February 28, 2013, Riley County Police Department's Special Investigations Unit made the following arrest as a result of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of illegal substances in Riley County.

Jason Graham, 35, of Manhattan was arrested at 701 Diebler Place off of Pillsbury Drive for Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Substance, Possession of GHB With Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine, Use of Communication Facilities to Facilitate Drug Transactions, No Drug Tax Stamp (four counts), Possession of Marijuana (misdemeanor) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (felony and misdemeanor).

As of Friday, Graham remained confined in the Riley County Jail on $500,000 bond.

Officials also revealed that the investigation led to the seizure of approximately two pounds of GHB powder, nearly three gallons of liquids to produce GHB, 135 grams of marijuana, 3 grams of cocaine and 107 grams of methamphetamine. The investigation was conducted by the Riley County Police Department with the cooperation of the Department of Homeland Security and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
