A man arrested in connection with the July robbery and stabbing of a Shrine Bowl football player is set to enter a plea.

A hearing for 26-year-old Daniel Wakubushcook is set for Tuesday, January 7th.

He's charged with one count each of aggravated robbery, battery and assault with a deadly weapon in the July 27th incident.

Police say Wakubushcook and Martin Rodriguez attacked 18-year-old Brett Sterbach outside the Hudson Crossing Convenience Store.

A third defendant, George Martinez, is charged with driving the getaway vehicle.
