TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A suspect wanted in connection with a robbery to a pizza delivery employee is behind bars.
The Shawnee County Sheriff's Office arrested 23-year-old William John Thomas around 10:30 Friday morning in Topeka.
Thomas allegedly approached a driver for Gambino's Pizza, who'd gotten out of his car to make a delivery, and demanded he hand over money.
The victim initially refused but says Thomas started toward him with a knife.
Thomas will be brought back to the Pottawatomie County Jail. Bond is set at $75,000.
