The Shawnee County Sheriff's Office arrested 23-year-old William John Thomas around 10:30 Friday morning in Topeka.

Thomas allegedly approached a driver for Gambino's Pizza, who'd gotten out of his car to make a delivery, and demanded he hand over money.
