TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A full shift of city street maintenance workers arrived on the job at 7 P.M.
Street crews will begiin pre-treating all primary and secondary routes ahead of tomorrow nights precipitation. They will also work to complete any residential clean-up that wasn't done during the daytime hours.
Street crews will stay activated until the clean-up for the coming storm is complete. With the upcoming snow event approaching. The city of Topeka crews would like to remind residents not to clear their driveway openings and sidewalks until the city plows have been through their area. Especially on primary and secondary routes.
M-F 5-8AM, Noon, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM & 10PM
