TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Traffic came to a standstill on the westbound lanes of I-70 near downtown Topeka for nearly an hour on Wednesday afternoon.
Drivers were stopped around 2:30 p.m. near the Polk-Quincy Viaduct after a semi stalled on the viaduct bridge, according to KDOT.
The road reopened just before 3:20 p.m. after the tractor-trailer was towed away, said KDOT.
