TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The man involved in a fatal motorcycle accident in September pleaded guilty to two charges Friday.
Ronald Fritz, 21, pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated battery during what was originally set to be his preliminary hearing.
In exchange for the plea, counts accident involving death and reckless driving were dismissed.
Fritz was driving a car September 19 that hit a motorcycle.
Shara Mccracken, 29, was riding the bike with her husband Keith and died.
Sentencing is set for January 25.
