Second Draft Of Science Standards Available For Review

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A second draft of next generation science standards are now available for public review.

The State Board of Education has been working with 25 other states and the National Research Council to create common science standards.

The standards are designed to integrate content and practices that students will learn between kindergarten and high school graduation.

The final draft of the standards will be finalized in March of this year.
