Parents who rely on the Salvation Army Child Care Center of Topeka for day care will soon need to find another provider.
Major Brian Burkett told 13 news this morning that the daycare will be closing.
The last day services provided will be may 30th. Burkett said they are having to close the daycare's doors due to the lack of funds.
The closure affects 45 children and 12 employees.
Burkett said the announcement was made to the employees and parents this morning.
