TOPEKA, Kan, (WIBW) – The proceeds from a rugby game Wednesday evening will go to the families of two Topeka police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
Topeka Rugby will face off against British Military at Washburn University’s Yeager Stadium.
The game is at 7 PM on Wednesday and entrance costs $2.
All of the money raised will be used to help pay for the families of Corporal David Gogian and Officer Jeff Atherly to go to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC.
