Reward Offered For Help In Emporia Robbery

Emporia, Kan.--WIBW A $1,000 cash reward is being offered for help in an Emporia convenience store robbery.

Early Sunday morning at approximately 1:30 a.m. the Short Stop convenience store on Merchant was a victim of a robbery.

The suspect, described as Hispanic or Asian male, late teens to early twenties, in a black hoodie, ball cap, and sunglasses, threatened the clerk with a hand gun.

An undetermined amount of cash along with other items were taken.
