Residents Fill Up Pantries, Can Do So Again Tuesday

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Topeka residents had the chance to fill up their pantries Monday.

Restore Food Pantry held a mobile food pantry Monday evening at the Faith Family Life Centre on Northwest Topeka Blvd.

Residents got to fill up on fresh produce and other goods.

The mobile food pantries help out people at risk of hunger and those in need of emergency food assistance.

If you missed Monday's food pantry, there will be another free food distribution hosted by the Topeka Turnaround Team Tuesday.

It will start at 9 a.m. in the Kansas Expocentre's parking lot.

Food will be handed out on a first come, first served basis.
