TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A man is accusing a woman he knows of ramming his car, intentionally trying to hurt him Wednesday night.
At about 11:55 p.m., officers were called to the hit and run at 24th and California. A man there told officers the woman rammed his car in an attempt to injure him. There was a child in the car.
Police say the child was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
At about 1:20 Thursday morning, authorities got a call from the female suspect. She was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Detectives were conducting interviews overnight Thursday. No names are being released in either case, authorities say, because of the domestic relationship of all involved.
Anyone with further information can call Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
