TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The case against a woman charged in a cold case Topeka double murder will continue.

Dana Chandler, 51, is charged with two counts of premeditated first degree murder in the 2002 killings of Karen Harkness, 53, and Michael Sisco, 47, who was Chandler's ex-husband.

In a motions hearing in late November, Shawnee County Chief Judge Nancy Parrish denied a defense motion to dismiss the charges against Chandler, saying the prosecution's arrest warrant contained false information.

Chandler's preliminary hearing is set for Monday, December 12th.
