Preliminary Hearing Set For Topeka Man Involved In Multi-Agency Manhunt

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A preliminary hearing is set for a shooting suspect who was the focus of a multi-agency manhunt two weeks ago.

Antoine Marks Sr. is scheduled to appear in court next on August 6.

Marks is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for a shooting at a trailer park near 61st and Burlingame.

Corey Mason, 19, was shot in the leg during the incident.

Authorities closed Burlingame road near 57th for several hours while they searched for Marks.
