Preliminary Hearing Set For Murder Suspect
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A preliminary hearing is set for the man accused of killing a Topeka man last Tuesday.
22-year-old Jesus-Daniel Valadez-Soto is charged with first degree murder in the killing of 75-year-old Hugo Jimenez, Sr. Jimenez was fatally shot just after 4:30 pm Oct. 23 outside the bus business he owned at SE 2nd and Quincy.
Valadez-Soto is scheduled to appear in court November 19th.
