Police Seek Man Robbing Topeka Locations With Children

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Topeka police are looking for a person of interest in two robberies they believe may be related.

The first happened at 3:00 p.m. on Jan. 3.

A white male entered an office building in the 3600 block of SW 29th and stole an undisclosed amount of property.

According to police, the man was accompanied by two children. The man and children left the area in an unknown vehicle.

On Jan. 10 a man with two children was seen taking property from Christ the King Church at 5900 SW 25th around 7:30 p.m.

The group left in a two tone minivan.

The man is described as a white male in his thirties with a slender build and brown hair.

Police ask anyone with information to call detectives at (785) 368-9400 or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at (785) 234-0007.
