TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW-TV) - Authorities say they are looking for a woman who robbed a local convenience store Friday morning.
Shawnee County Dispatch tells 13 News that the robbery was reported at the Kwik Shop on 37th and Humboldt just after 3 a.m. Friday.
Dispatch said the clerk told authorities that a black female wearing all black was responsible. They said the clerk said the woman was possibly armed with a gun, but the weapon was never displayed.
Dispatch confirmed that only the clerk was inside the business during the time of the robbery, no injuries were reported.
They could not confirm what was taken from the business but did say the woman was last seen heading eastbound on foot.
