WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -- A Cessna 182 Skylane made a hard landing at Wichita's Mid-Continent Airport.
It happened shortly before 5:30 p.m. Airport Public Safety says the plane was landing at the airport when the pilot saw an indicator, showing that a landing gear wasn't down.
As the plane landed, a landing gear failed, causing the plane to go partly off of the runway. No one on board the plane was hurt.
The runway was shut down for a time while the plane was towed off.
