Pizza Pub Robbed At Gunpoint For Second Time In Two Weeks

TOPEKA, Kansas (WIBW) -- A central Topeka pizza place was robbed for the second time in a little over two weeks Monday morning.

Police were called to the College Hill Pizza Pub just before 3 a.m. Monday morning on a report of an armed robbery.

Four employees were inside the business during the robbery, but no injuries were reported.

Police said two black males, both in white shirts, one in red shorts, the other in black shorts, robbed the store.

One of the suspects had a black shirt around his face, the other was wearing a white mask.

Both suspects were armed with guns; one had a shotgun while the other was carrying a handgun.

The suspects fled on foot east toward Central Park.

Pizza Pub was first robbed by four men overnight on August 23.

The investigation is ongoing, and police urge anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
