TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A man died after being struck by a vehicle in the 3100 block of South Topeka Boulevard Friday morning.
The accident happened around 10:33 a.m. when 74-year-old James Hurren of Topeka was attempting to cross the street when he was struck by a vehicle, according to police.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
