WASHINGTON (CBS) Former vice presidential nominee Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., isn't ruling out a future bid for the White House, but neither is he ready to make any definitive statements about his plans for 2016.
"I've decided not to decide," he told the Wisconsin State Journal, when asked about the possibility of a 2016 bid.
Ryan, who ran alongside Mitt Romney to challenge President Obama for the White House, is among several Republicans believed to be eying the 2016 contest. But for now, he says he's currently focused on the national economy and trying to "avoid a debt crisis."
