One Primary Race Still A 'Nail-Biter'

TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)-- One local race for a seat in the Kansas State's Legislature is still too close to call.

Unofficial results from the Secretary of State's office indicate that the Republican primary in Kansas House district 50 is separated by only 64 votes.

Current results show Fred Patton edging out Josh Powell. Provisional ballots in the race will be counted on Monday when the Board of Canvassers meet.
