TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- One woman was taken to the hospital Saturday morning after a car crash.
It happened just after 11 a.m. at the intersection of 12th and Gage.
A Honda CR-V was headed westbound on Gage when a gold Ford Escape going southbound struck the vehicle. Officers said the Honda CR-V rolled at least once.
The driver of the Honda SUV was taken to Stormont-Vail with non-life threatening injuries. She was alert and speaking.
The driver of the Ford Escape, who had a toddler and infant in the car, told 13 News that she had ran the red light.
Topeka Police continue to investigate the accident. Traffic cones were in the intersection as a tow truck came and hauled the vehicles away.
