TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Local nonprofit organizations were honored today by the Topeka Community Foundation.
The TCF honored 45 nonprofit organizations at a reception at Serendipity.
TCF President Roger Viola said, "the organization is pleased to recognize more than $2.1 million in grants to Topeka area nonprofits for 2012.
The foundation manages more than 325 separate funds for individuals,businesses and civic organizations.
Their mission is to connect donors with their interests and community needs.
