TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-Police responded to a non-injury accident Saturday evening when the driver refused medical treatment.
Around 6:30 Saturday evening, a driver crashed his white truck into a tree in a ditch near Northwest 46th and Hodges. The Topeka Police Department confirmed that the cause of the crash may be alcohol related.
After police put the driver of the vehicle through sobriety tests, the man was later arrested on the scene.
The accident is still under investigation.
