TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - It's been more than four months now since Officer Jeff Atherly and Corporal David Gogian were killed in the line of duty.
The officers were checking a suspicious vehicle - when police say David Tiscareno got out and shot them.
But details of the investigation, including the identities of two women who were in the car with Tiscareno still have not been released.
13 News asked District Attorney Chad Taylor last night about the investigation. He did not give details, but said he does have the paperwork and is reviewing it.
