TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A rash of water main breaks left several Topekans without water to start the new year.
The city saw at least 35 breaks overnight into Tuesday morning.
Three crews were out working to fix them throughout the day. A city spokesperson didn't know how long it would take to get all the lines repaired.
