TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A new multi-million dollar addition to State Street Elementary School is finally open.
A ribbon cutting was held Thursday night to unveil the new connecting corridor between the elementary school and Chase Middle School.
Students helped cut the ribbon and also performed a couple songs while visitors were given tours of the building.
Then, the board of education members held their meeting at the elementary school.
