TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The NOTO Arts District cut the ribbon on a new business for First Friday and invited the community to add their creativity to an upcoming event.
J&J Gallery Bar will feature contemporary Native American art with a new twist on the bar scene.
While people checked out the revamped gathering spot, other NOTO visitors were encouraged to make their mark on upcoming Dia de los Muertos celebrations. Community members had the chance to paint large skulls and puppets that will be used during the festivities at the end of the month.
