TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-A warm holiday glow was lighting the NOTO Arts District Thursday evening with the inaugural Candle Light Christmas. 19 shops were open to offer a unique holiday shopping opportunity.
The NOTO Art District was decked out in holiday spirit with beautiful hand decorated luminaries.
Many of the participating shops displayed special decorated windows all to celebrate the occasion.
From 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM people enjoyed carriage rides, carollers from the Capitol Sound Barbershop Quartet and photo opportunities with Santa.
NOTO organizers also encouraged customers to bring new toys and clothing to benefit families at the Rescue Mission.
